AI Solutions
Is our data safe — is it used to train models?
No. We work through enterprise APIs; your data is not used for model training and can be kept in an EU region or on your own server. Access rights and logging policy are defined together at the start.
What if the assistant gives wrong information?
With a RAG architecture the assistant answers only from sources you approve and cites them; when it doesn't know, it hands over to a human instead of guessing. Accuracy is measured with a test set before launch and conversations are monitored after.
How long does it take and how is cost calculated?
A single-channel assistant usually launches in 2–4 weeks; agent and integration projects take 1–3 months depending on scope. Setup is priced per project; model usage and maintenance come as a transparent monthly plan.
