2. Personal data processed

Our website is a static site; no account, profile or form data is collected automatically while you browse. Personal data is processed in these cases:

• Call-request form: name, email, phone (optional), company/brand (optional), service interest, budget and timeline preference, your message.
• WhatsApp contact: your WhatsApp number and the messages you send us (WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms under its own privacy policy).
• Email contact: your email address and message.
• Hosting logs: the hosting server may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser information, access time) for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics (only with your consent): when Google Analytics 4 is enabled and you accept the analytics category, anonymised usage data is processed. Analytics is not active as of the date of this notice.

3. Purposes and legal bases

To answer your request, prepare a quote and schedule a call (KVKK art. 5/2-c, performance of a contract); to keep the site secure and available (art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest); and analytics/marketing cookies based on your explicit consent (art. 5/1).

4. Transfers

Form data reaches us via our email infrastructure or a configured form service. WhatsApp messages may be processed abroad by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., and Google Analytics data (when enabled) by Google Ireland Ltd. We do not share or sell your data to third parties beyond legal obligations.

5. Retention

Request and quote correspondence is kept for the duration of the business relationship and statutory limitation periods; server access logs for the hosting provider's standard retention period.

6. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to results produced by automated analysis and claim compensation for damages.
